Steve Jobs once said “You’ve got to find what you love because the only way to do great work is to love what you do “. The first thing that came to my mind was Aileen’s passion for photography. Her love for capturing and creating is something so beautiful that I get to witness. When you love something as much as she loves photography there is nothing stopping you from getting better everyday. However, photography isn’t her only passion. She loves to get away and indulge in other cultures and cuisines. Traveling feeds her soul and inspires her creativity. When I have an idea to travel somewhere she drops everything to convince me to go. Oh, and music! Can’t forget about her indie music. She isn’t the same beautiful soul without it, she needs it. I feel so blessed to have someone so supportive and talented. Aileen is a rare soul, easy to describe, but difficult to find.

From Oscar to Aileen:
Oscar is the kindest soul you’ll ever meet, and I don't say that because he’s my life partner. I say that because I mean it, and because every person that has had the chance and privilege to meet him says the same. He’s also very patient, intelligent, and loving. He’s a great son, friend, brother, and especially life partner hehe. He is a very dedicated being, when he decides he’s going to do something, he is going to make it happen. And he is the biggest encourager, by that i mean- he doesn’t think, he knows you can and wholeheartedly believes it, sometimes before even you do yourself. Oscar makes you believe there is enough space for us all to succeed, be who we are meant to be, and most of all to be BOLD. Oh and does he love surfing, i think if i ever told him to move to a surf town, he would. Anyways, I hope that gives you a small insight on Oscar, or as my friends and I like to call him- Oscy. <3

I love that our couples are our friends, we’re “vendors'' turned friends. I want you to feel like you’re in the presence of a life long friend, not a random.
Everything we have experienced as wedding photographers has led us here, to find ourselves as artists-
We are documentary photographers of love, we document the moments that matter with an editorial fire.
Because our grandmas and grandpas won’t be around forever. Because we won’t be around forever. Because every day we get slightly older and won't be this young forever. Because we won’t relive this moment again, no matter how bad we’d want to or try to. Because maybe in 50 years, we won’t remember that moment. Because love is a beautiful thing and it makes you feel wonderful things.
And because it tells a story, your story, my story.
