Aly + Mario’s timeless wedding in Mayfair Hotel & Garden was nothing short of a day filled with ROMANCE. In a beautiful and picturesque town of Miami, Florida lies the vibrant and enchanting Mayfair House Hotel and Garden. A truly elegant, yet trendy, funky, and such a vibey hotel. A hotel with so much character! The getting ready suites feel like scenes out of a romantic film. The vintage bathtub is the perfect prop and backdrop. To top it all off, the trendy long hanging bows hugging the center chairs in the aisle of the wedding ceremony space were the perfect cherry on top to their wedding.

Every detail is throughly thought out. It’s the perfect balance between timeless, elegance, with a modern trendy twist. Their priorities were to get a mix of elegant, and playful portraits. Along with getting couple portraits that involved the beautiful architecture of the property. Another one of their high priorities was to throughly enjoy their wedding. Which is why they opted for a first look… They also knew they wanted to see each other as early on in the day and exchange their vows privately. They are true Miami locals but moved away years ago. However, they knew they wanted to do a destination wedding in Miami and have all their loved ones join them. Of course, they knew they wanted to enjoy all their friends and family who joined from far and long to celebrate their special love.

They loved the idea of having us document the authentic moments and emotions. Which in return, resulted in them opting for a documentary style approach aside from their newly wed portraits. Ensuring that every laugh, every tear, every hug, and every glance was frozen through my lens.

From the intimate and peaceful moments of their getting ready to the dance floor; we were there to document it. The architectural and world known Mayfair Hotel and Garden is such a beautiful and lush garden. It serves as the perfect backdrop for romantic and classy newly wed portraits. It was very evident this wedding was not just about their wedding ceremony. It was about creating memories with their loved ones and friends. Each photograph truly tells a story. From the moments the couple experienced, to the ones they were not present for and can later live. To end, the Mayfair Hotel is truly an impeccable venue. However, what made it more beautiful was the genuine connections and love between the couple and their guests. It was a day filled with so much love, prayers, laughter, tears, and so much more. A day that will be cherished till the end of time.
